Shivaleeka Oberoi is an Indian actress and assistant director known for Khuda Haafiz: Chapter II – Agni Pariksha (2022), Khuda Haafiz (2020) and Yeh Saali Aashiqui (2019).
Shivaleeka was born on 24 July 1995 to Sumir Oberoi and Sarina Oberoi in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has an elder sister, Srishti Oberoi who changed her name to Vaani Hemani after her marriage with Jeetu Hemani.
She did her schooling from Arya Vidya Mandir School & Jamnabai Narsee School in Mumbai and later did B.A in English and Psychology at Mumbai University.
She also did a 3-month diploma course in acting from Anupam Kher’s Actor Prepares – The School for Actors, Mumbai.
After completing her studies, she started working as an assistant director at the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment productions on Kick (2014) and Housefull 3 (2016).
Her paternal grandfather Mahavir Oberoi had produced a bollywood movie Sheba and Hercules (1967).
She made her acting debut in the romantic thriller film Yeh Saali Aashiqui (2019) opposite another debutant Vardhan Puri, grandson of veteran bollywood actor Amrish Puri. She was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for her role in the movie.
Her second film was Khuda Haafiz (2020) opposite Vidyut Jammwal and directed by Faruk Kabir. The film premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on 14 August 2020 and received positive response from the audience.
Her third film Khuda Haafiz: Chapter II – Agni Pariksha (2022) is a sequel to the 2020 film Khuda Haafiz. The film is scheduled to be released in the theatres on 8 July 2022.
Shivaleeka Oberoi is in a long-term relationship with the television actor Karam Rajpal.
She is a dog lover and has a pet dog of Toy Poodle breed named Oscar.
